could you help me with advise where to find a good Perl and PHP coder?
actually some one with strong PERL qualification and medium PHP understanding
any help is very much appreciated. it is urgent.

thanks but I am here because dont know where to look for perl experts. Odesk, elance etc I tried already and it seems a problem that there are not many perl experts at all.

I don't think you're going to find very many Perl experts around here either, as it is nowhere near as popular as PHP is in the internet marketing community.

Maybe try Guru.com?
