Links Not Opening Up - JS Error!

From the outset, let me state that i am not a programmer but just a webmaster.

Some links on a webpage of mine which used to open up to reveal the details are not opening up any longer. When i view Web Console, it indicates JS Errors as follows:

TypeError: $(...).select2 is not a function theme.js:2:2
Error: Permission denied to access property "toString" <unknown>

What corrections do i need to make to sort out this error message please?

Thank you, GeneralLedger.

Here is a link to one of the web pages on the site containing some links that are not responding. You can try clicking the links and view the error message in web console.

Btw, web console JS also indicates the following error
ReferenceError: ShowText is not defined javascript:ShowText('faq-9'):1:1

looks like none of your javascript files are loading. They're returning with a 500 error (bad).

Get them loading, and I bet your select2 error goes away.
