How do I build a Network Marketing (MLM) Website?

Please I would need some help here Google hasn't really been that good Today, I just got a request from a client to build a multi level marketing site with social features like facebook and I am a bit stuck at the moment.
Please is there a Joomla extension or drupal component that can do this? Or even a script I could modify? Thanks.. An example of the site he wants is leom.biz

    If you do not already have experience with this kind of site I can tel you it can quickly become a nightmare to get into this as it implies several things.

    Anyway the only reliable and solid (wich is more than important in such case) platform I know that you can create and manage Affiliates Program with 1, 2, 3 or more, to unlimited levels is Delavo.

    But this platform is rather complex and has an important learning curve, though powerful, to build and integrate a site with Delavo
