I need some sort of referral Program???

Hey warriors, I'm looking at a system that will hopefully get me more potential affiliates for my up and coming product launch.

The affiliate program is not up and running yet but i'm getting all those interested to sign up now.

I have had sign ups and would now like to offer a prize to the individual that will get the most potential affiliate sign ups in a week say.

My question here is how do i track an individuals sign up record? I would like them to have there unique referral ID where i can track who signed up from there referral.

Is there a program/software i can use for this?

    It is possible to track your affiliate if you join and promote your product through CJ platform. They have all the built in tools ready for your account to track all the details of affiliates joining to your program.

    CJ, Linkshare, and the big boys charge some hefty fees to use their platform as a vendor.

    @mike - If you want to do this on the cheap (or free), there are open source programs that you can set up yourself. Try searching SourceForge for "affiliate program" or similar. There are even plugins for WordPress that you can get. For example, here's one called WordPress Affiliate Platform for $50 which I found just by doing a search.
