"Live Action" PHP countdown?

Hello all!

I am making a dynamic countdown clock. The PHP script I have right now displays the exact time until the date, up to the seconds. But it doesn't refresh automatically. It displays the time until date when the page was loaded, and doesn't visually count down.

Does anyone know how I could achieve a real time count down clock effect?
