Facebook App SSL Error: Any solution to this???

Please Warriors, I'm facing a debacle right now because the first app I tried to create on Facebook keeps bringing up this error and there's no trick I haven't tried but it still persists. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

This usually means the implementation of SSL on your server is not correct. The error is usually caused by a server side problem which the server administrator will need to investigate.

Read here the recommendations for the the server administrator:
configuration - ssl_error_rx_record_too_long and Apache SSL - Stack Overflow

Thanks a ton. I'm all over it now. Anyone else with more useful tips???

Everything there's technical. I got confused when I got to a stage, I didn't know what to do. Isn't there a simpler version to this?

Not really, its a technical problem. Fastest way is to contact your hosting provider or technical man with the error and possible solution I provided.

Good question, I don't know

Normally you have to pay for a SSL certificate, maybe thats the key to this problem. I know Facebook requires a SSL connection and i used a paid SSL certificate for that.

Please, can you let me in on the paid SSL certificate you use on your site? Which company provides this service and details???

Oh...I guess I won't be using FB apps for some time to come...cos it seems I can't find an alternative cos I can't afford a paid service right now. Thanks for the tips...pretty much 'ppreciate it.
