Web 2.0 not working

Hey,

I created Web 2.0 wordpress site, here it is:
Threaded Brass Inserts | Latest news regarding Threaded Inserts and Threaded Brass Inserts

I used scrapebox to post to hundreds of blogs, using that link, I did this around a month ago.

I still see no change to the PR?

Public "toolbar PR" is only updated once a year if that.

You won't see any changes.

Don`t use scrapebox, scrapebox is a great tool but not for backlinking (:, use GSA SER. Anyway, Wordpress.com is fantastic platform to rank, it ranks pretty easy but under one condition - unique good quality content.
