Pages indexed on GWMT?

Hello Everyone,
I don't understand the Sitemap section of GWMT.
It tells me only 5 pages have been indexed. But I know for a fact that more than 5 pages from my site show up in the SERP when I Google them.
So what does it mean when the number of pages indexed according to GWMT is much lower than the actual figure?
And is it problem?
