How to improve PR and reduce Alexa ranking?

I have done onpage and offpage SEO process for the past 2 months... but there is not a considerable change in my Page rank status.. what are all the process we need to do for improving the page rank for our website and how to reduce our Alexa ranking??

    Google isn't updating the publicly visible PR so there's no way you can increase it. Use another metric.

    Alexa is completely useless. You're getting stats on the usage of one plugin, and some wild guesses based on this "data". Use another visitor tracking tool.

    Again, how can you not know this when you're offering SEO services? On top of that, Alexa and PR get mentioned on this forum like dozen times a hour, and there's always someone to tell you this stuff that I outlined above.

    Don't bother about page rank of the website, instead concentrate on increasing domain authority of your website. If you are getting good backlinks from higher DA websites, naturally your keywords ranking improves. And regarding Alexa ranking, you can register in Alexa site and get the piece of code, install it on your website backend. This improves your website alexa ranking.

    I would not be bothered much by page rank simply because PR is no longer that valuable as it was used to be. What's important is how you are ranking with your target keywords and how you are getting traffic every month with these keywords.
