Problem is, most of those aren't my pages. I *think* they're a result of the hack, but I'm not sure. I have more pages that don't appear also.

I don't know how to get rid of them and have Google re-index my actual pages.

It's normal. Now, I would add some new content (articles are great!). Make them UNIQUE!! Then, ping your blog, wait for a couple of hours and submit to some TOP Social Bookmarking sites. Once Google robot visits your page, I am pretty sure the results in the Google Search would be different (with the ones your pages have NOW!)

There's nothing normal about the junk pages showing up for OPs site:domain.com search.

OPs whole site is a cluster $#@%.

This is normal google will take few days to index this. Go to google web masters tool and fetch and see if it has any errors.

Submit your website in google. URL: https://www.google.com/webmasters/to...bmit-url?pli=1

Also submit your website in pinging websites. It will be helpful to get your website is indexed quickly in search engines.

Google will index automatically if not go to webmaster tool and fetch your home page link.

if your site was blocked by Google then after fix the problem you have to send a message to Google to unblock via webmaster tools security option to review your site & Google will do it within 24 hrs.

So I saw that my index.php file was compromised so I cleared it out. For some reason, I still can't see my pages in the Google index.

In fact, the paginated pages and some other random ones appear on Google:

When I enter "site:thescienceofgettingripped.com" into Google, it returns a bunch of URL's that I don't recognize:

https://www.thescienceofgettingrippe...ins/.../graph/
https://www.thescienceofgettingrippe.../opt/.../Util/
https://www.thescienceofgettingrippe..../date_picker/

And some paginated ones like:

https://www.thescienceofgettingripped.com/page/3/

Where are they coming from and how do I make sure they don't get indexed?

It looks like these pages are getting crawled and indexed rather than my actual content.

Any ideas?

They might have infected your footer or header. That's the common places.
You might dig more, but that WP is a beast.

Your host should be more secure.

Your site shows up in my serps as being hacked.

My advice is to take it offline, switch hosts( you get what you pay for),
rebuild as best you can.

I'd also ditch wordpress.

That's usually not enough. Usually there's files hidden all around the directories, eg. /wp-content/uploads/. If there's any PHP files there, that's a sign of serious trouble.

Unfortunately cleaning a site is not the easiest task, and even a seasoned WP veteran might not find everything. You should at least reinstall WordPress and plugins, and comb down every theme you've got installed. Then run a scanner such as Wordfence.

Your host might be able to do something to help, but if your site has security holes it's not exactly their job to keep it clean.

I have to checked your website and saw meta description which is short and uses some special characters please check it on your website source code. You need also other server for website so possibly changed it. after these process could be possible your website will be indexed in Google.
