Need suggestions for building links for exact keywords too often

Need help from yours.
Will there be any problems/penalties for linking my website url to exact keywords for link building ?
I am starting working on my keyword by following web 2.0, article submission and putting my exact keyword as signatures in Forums.
I use my own quality contents.
In 1st 2 months, i got lots improvement in my Google's SERP.
Got ranked in 25th position.
From last week i have lost mt rank by huge in numbers.
Now my position is above 280.
Tell me What i did wrong and how to get recover from this problem.
