Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

Hi ! So... If I understand it well...

I have to create a "Privacy Policy" page if users share contents on my site and a "Terms of Use" page if I want to use Google AdSense.

But, is it really important ? I want your opinions.

And if I need those pages... How do I create them ? Is there any templates that I can use on the web ?

If my website have different languages, is it required to create those pages in each different languages or English is enough ?

      It has nothing to do with SEO. That is nonsense.

      Google has certain disclaimers that are required if you want to use AdSense on your site. If you don't, they will shutdown your account. Simple as that.
