A good and solid SEO course

Hey guys,
I haven't done anything serious online for the past 4 years. Before that I did a lot of SEO and PPC affiliate marketing, and bought many many many courses of all the big names. Now after 4 years of travelling I ended up in the Philippines - where I used to outsource almost everything. We now have several brick and mortar businesses with of course webshops, and there's lot's of potential for our setup with SEO.
I want to hire and train several new employees to do my SEO, and I'm interested in buying a good and solid SEO course which I can use to train them.
I know the basics are the same, but not having the time to explain them everything myself and being out of the 'biz' for so long, not having a real idea of what really works and what a 'no go' is, and not having the slightest idea which 'guru's' have good products for sale, I'm hoping for some advice and experiences with good and thorough courses.
