Does a Facebook feed on your website help with SEO?

I'm sure this is such a basic question for some of you but I'll explain my situation first!

I've recently started up a business and the marketing is so far predominantly based online. I'm learning as I go with it all so discovering this forum was a god-send for me as I have so many questions in this area. Learning from everyone's experience is already proving to be really beneficial.

So anyway, back to my question! I used a Go Daddy website template to build a basic website just to get it off the ground, it's OK but I'm learning that it isn't the most effective tool for getting traffic to my site. It doesn't allow blog uploads (only a Wordpress plugin) which is a massive pain.

I've pulled my Facebook feed onto my home page, does anyone know if the content in there will help with SEO? If so I can start adding lengthier posts containing keywords but there's not much point if this content doesn't count!

Would love any guidance in this area.

Just to add, I'm currently in the process of building a WordPress hosted site which will serve me much better, it's just going to take a bit of time and I need my online marketing to be happening now.
