Help!! on ranking blog

Hi Folks,,
I'm running a blogspot blog(with domaine.com) . I'm trying to get rank in google search.
Here what I have done:

1-Submit a sitemap to Google search console.
2- Submit a sitemap to Yandex webmaster.
3-Submit a sitemap to Bing webmaster.

When I write an article I do : ALT IMAGE, link post with others post(internal links).
Share it wih Google+, youtube(sometimes), facebook and twitter.

I'm asking you (with pleasur of course) how to build some backlinks (from forum without spamming), or do effective seo.

If there are other steps to follow , please tell me.
any help would be very much I appreciate it .

    Write good content for these links organically and pour in the subject branch. Also, do not try to write only on one branch, if you sign up to leave only a link, remove it accurately.

      thank you, on my social medias ,I do not post only links of my blog, sometimes I post picture, status...

    So simple, you go to forums that relate your blog and then solve other members problem enthusiastically. You give their useful information, not only allow backlinks, it may helps you get more traffic to your site.
