i'm a french seo. By the way i'm sorry if make so mistake in English.
I want to a command line tools for seo made with php : https://github.com/Mitsu66/seocmder
You can calculate internal PageRank from a screaming frog crawl, generate spin from a master spin and set the maximum of similarity you want. You can also scrapp contacts from a url list, this is very usefull for netlinking campain.
Of couse it's free and open source, so you can test it, i hope you will like it. You can add issues message on github if you have some bugs.
