Follow BlueHost Advice? - Permalink strategy

Good Morning WarriorForum,

I am new to this but intending on starting off right for SEO! I have heard a wealth of advice that the "post name" permalink structure is the best one to go with however... i am wondering about a "custom structure" combing the "post name" following the advice form bluehost in the video linked below (circa 3.50 mins in)

My blog would follow the below example structure:

http://Www.professionalwarrior.com/b...ing/%postname/

Where "professional" and "bodybuilding" are my focus/theme/keywords of my blog that i want ranked. And "bodybuilding" will be a one time static/hardcoded permalink so to speak.

    Forget blue host (lame hosting is an understatement)

    Ditch wordpress.

    Problem solved.

    Why do people still try and put band aids on wordpress?

    There are so many easy, fantastic, (FREE), platforms out there, it's amazing.

    Or, code it yourself. It's not hard and it will force you to learn a lot of things that are the basis of SEO.
