How to Find website comments sites are Do-follow or No-follow

Hi forum members,
i am a newbie here, and i am running my own blog... day by day traffic decreases so research on my blog to find what is the reason
then i found link juice fall.

my comments are lost..
so my question is how to find a website whether it is give do follow or no follow backlink...

    Comments on blogs are not going to do much, if anything, to help your site rank well, whether they are follow or nofollow. They have been devalued by Google because they know that anyone can just link to themselves with little or no editorial review process.

    RULE OF THUMB: If you can place the link yourself on someone else's website, it is almost always a completely worthless link (it doesn't matter if it is followed or not).

    Have you looked carefully at your Google Analytics stats? You might get useful info about the sources you get traffic drops from, like social media or referrals for example. After that you can think of further steps.
