SEOing a Squidoo Lens and a Blogspot Blog

What are the equivalents of "title tag", and a "meta description tag" for both Squidoo and a Blogspot blog that is hosted at Blogger, not on your own site?

How can I do "on page" SEO on these two things besides just having the right amount of keyword density?

Make sure that the keyword is in the title of the post or blog, and try to bold the keyword a few times.

What if its a Squidoo lens? Do I SEOize each module? Is each module a separate webpage?

For the Squidoo Lens, treat the module title as a title tag, and on page SEO the rest. A Squidoo Lens gets ranked higher by the crawlers as it is, so if you SEO your module titles and place keywords in the modules, you should see a very well ranked Squidoo.

There are a few sites online that help you get proper tags set up for onsite SEO for blogger, just google similar statements, and you should find them.

The title of a lens become the "title tag" and the text you write in the Introduction module becomes the "meta description tag".

The titles of the modules are like headings on a web page, and are good place for your keywords to appear. Be sure to add some good tags too.
