HELP bulding a MEGA affiliate store

I'm looking to transfer one of my e-commerce website into a mega affiliate store, one of the big issues is the niche I'm involved in is just not so advanced. Many of the e-commerce websites in this market have affiliate programs, but they're just not so advanced. So they will not provide me with data feeds of their products, and they usually do not go through a third-party affiliates management program like commission Junction or share a sale. So I'm thinking I might have to make a custom platform.
And I'm not looking to create just the regular affiliate store through Amazon or eBay, but to take the items from the top 10 stores in this niche and combine them into one big megastore, which will be by affiliate store and add valuable content to the site. (The store will have about 75,000 products)
So, I feel like I'm kind of in a unique situation, and I'm looking for the right platform to build this store on and I feel like I might be looking in the wrong direction at the moment. So I would appreciate any insight on the matter.
Right now I'm looking into a number of premium WordPress themes which are for e-commerce, and then since it's open source I was looking to customize the template, where I can manually put in the product information and the affiliate URL designated to that product and build the store manually.
I know that my idea would work, but the question is, is there an easier way around, and also am I even thinking of using the right platform...
What are your thoughts? What affiliate store platforms for use?
Should I be looking at things like storestacker.com ? ? Things like this would work fine for regular affiliate stores, but I don't even have an rss feed to put in to the system.
Thank you advance
