what are type of HQ Backlinks & How To find them?

hey again!
I know there are many ways to get backlinks are articles directories, web 2.0 profiles..and so on.

my question, how this or that is a high quality backlinks & how to find them???

other thing, How Can I make sure this is do-follow and that is no-follow! without using tool of firefox because it's hard for me to know colors of them.

I need a service online or a platform...as you can!

    Go to the source of each page you want to see if it its dofollow or nofollow, then go to the place of one of external links, If you don't see rel="nofollow" on the structure of this link, its dofollow.

    You can use a variety of methods to gain decent quality backlinks:

    - Article marketing
    - Profile links
    - Social bookmarking
    - Blog commenting

    You've gotta do the bread and butter stuff on a regular basis. The real "HQ" links come with time, and a lot of patience!

    Check their page rank and alexa rank. I usually go to forum and use the search feature to search for the term "Forum", "Directory", "blogs" and see if people post a list that I can use.
