Do you use RSS feeds when link building?

Generally, I just build links and wait for them to be indexed.

I do realize that I could aggregate them into a feed and shove them all down Google's throat, but I just haven't gotten into the practice of doing this.

Should I? -- Would I see more immediate results?

I tend to build links with extreme consistency, never missing a day; so continuity is not an issue.

I blasted my EzineArticles and GoArticles author page RSS feed into many RSS search engines using RSS Submit (software) 2 days ago instead of blasting every page (website).

Backlinks to the EZA and GA articles have not shown in Yahoo yet.

Using RSS feeds can speed up indexing process but indexing speed depends on the quality of website much more. Usually quality websites are indexing very fast even without using RSS feed or XML sitemaps.
