Ok....

I started making money with my Amazon sites for the first time in Dec (3 months ago)....and for Dec I made $75.....I was extremely excited....

well I'm back to being Frustrated....

I have 3 active sites (and 3 more I just started to promote)

All my sites and their pages are SEO'd as much as possible and I build links to all of them every day...

All my sites have at least 1 page on the first page of Google (low 9 and 10...but still....first page)

My Issues....

1. the rest of my pages are stuck on page 2 of google (one or two on page 3)....many have been stuck on position 11 for the last 2 weeks....(almost to page 1...but NOT)...

2. I can't seem to make more than $75 in a month's time....

Anybody Relate?

Anybody have any Ideas???

Thanks

As someone who was in this position half a year ago I can say that the cure for SEO troubles is time and patience. Give it time, keep up the work and you will get there. I was busting my ass day in and day out and then, I just gave up, the only links coming in to my site were posted up on my twitter account to notify my members of events and stuff on my site, and from my members who would pass the site's address to their friends. Not a whole lot of link action at all. But over time we got to page one and have stayed there, quietly, in the same place where we get enough signups to keep going well.

SEO definitely takes patience, but there's no reason to ever slow your pace. Have you tried all of these methods for backlinking:

Free blogs (wordpress, blogger) Profile backlinks
    Blog comments
    Blog reviews
    Press release
    Bookmarks
    Website directories
    Blog Carnivals
    Video marketing
    Forum Commenting
    Document Distributors
    Software Distributors

Just keep at it. Your competition only has 24 hours in a day too ya know

      Thanks Ben for commenting....

      My daily process is...

      1. Blog Commenting
      2. Article Marketing
      3. Profile Links
      4. Bookmarking
      Signature

My newest site was stuck at #11 for about 17 days. I know money is in the keyword because I made my first sale on the 16th of this month though I am second page #11. I made the jump to outsource a mixed linking campaign that is about 20-30 links per day rather than the 10 i could do myself. I have almost no doubt I will rise within the next few weeks. I say to double if not triple your current linking. Outsource this if necessary.
