Social Commentary on Adsense

Whenever I start a thread, it is normally news or some "strange" concept or
question. This is a weird social commentary on adsense.

One site I run is geared for a niche about finding money help. It has always
occurred to me that maybe we are not being ethical when we put together
a decent site, BUT, are really sending people there to click on an ad. That
is, we don't really care if we help them, do we? We just want the all-mighty
adsense click. I have always wondered, are we sending people to our site under
false pretenses? We want a click and let the buyer beware. It's always kind of
bothered me. I never lost sleep, but in the back of my mind, I'm thinking, is
it really ethical (legal not withstanding) to promise people in a link or ad,
that we will give you help or solutions, only for them to be taken to a site
that won't solve problems for the most part, but sure has a bunch of ads
promising this and that?

Well, I am pleased to say that I am bothered no more, and neither should you.
(If this ever bothered you, that is)

Why? Because we all can rest assured that google has "standards." They want
their adwords customers to be following some sort of code and abide by very strict
rules. This revelation came to me as I was pondering the sudden influx of people
claiming they had their adwords campaign or account suspended. Google does
indeed wants ads that are conducive to people who click.

That means, that for the most part, no matter what the niche, no matter what
we promise, no matter how we get traffic (google TOS traffic, that is) we can
be assured that the ads that people click on have at least gone through some
quality check. Not perfect, but at least some review.

Now google may not like microsites in the bad sense, but what is the goal of
the whole adsense program? Getting people who need a service to be connected
to businesses that provide that service!

Disclaimer: I do not have any microsites and do provide at least a starting point
for help. My content is good and unique, but at least in the one site in question
here, does not offer much in real solutions. Only general info. That made me feel
a little guilty. But as stated above, why should I be? They are getting served ads
from businesses that have passed some quality check. And I sure hope they
click!!!!!

Any thoughts? If not, I'll assume this just buried...

Are you kidding me? Someone copies a post I made and starts a thread?
With the exact title? And copy? Then has the audacity to even use my name
at the end??????? This is the ultimate spam job. Not sure how or why anyone
would want to do this. Has a forum spam bot gone mad?????

I thought the thread was buried!
