What is the best software for backlinks?

Okay, so I basically just started my own site and I am in the process of writing some unique quality articles to submit to ezine.I also have a few other ways for getting backlinks that I am going to use. My site just got indexed two days ago and it is on the 68th page of google for my main keyword. A few of my other keywords are in the top ten.

What is the chance of going from page 68 to page 1 ?

Is there a good program/software that I can use to help me get quality backlinks? I am willing to spend a little money to help boost my page rank, while at the same time, I will be working on my own quality backlinks.

Any suggestions?

        I'm not looking to spend as much as 200 dollars a month. Sounds like a good offer, but I can't afford that

          I've been using Build My Rank for about a month now and a lot of my keywords are beginning to rise well. I haven't even began to use it to full advantage (only about 20 posts) so I can see it being really good if I put more effort into it. The cost is 59.00 a month but there is one affiliate that offers a 9.00 rebate for each month you are signed up through him.
