Does Glossary of Terms = Keyword Stuffing

If you're concerned about page length or having too many related keywords used on one page, you could do a few things.

1. Break up the terms by Alpha and make an alpha organized set of pages. That'll keep down the number of terms on a single page.
2. Break up your terms by topic (kind of like people do with FAQs that are organized by sub-topic) and have a page or two for each major topic.
3. Set up a custom post type (if you're using Wordpress) for an FAQ type, put each keyword on its own custom post with a definition, and then set up a Master page that lists each term's title and links to the actual "post" which is the item's definition. This can be more useful when the definitions are more detailed than a short snippet because it displays better this way.

Differing amounts of work to put in, of course, but I'd go with a way that will resonate best with your target audience in the niche. If they're readers, then a big FAQ or multiple categories might be good, but if they're skimmers, an alpha index or several alpha pages like A-D, E-G, H-J, etc. might be better.
