How To Add Meta Tags For Each Blogger Post?

Hello warriors,
i want some immediate tips that how to add meta tags for each of my blog posts?. First of all i am using blogger.com.And i already add meta tags for my home page. But i think adding meta tag for each blog post is more powerful! And which is best for bloggers I.E. No index or Index in meta tags.Google blog says No index is get better search results in google.but what about other search engines. and what about "noodp,noydir.. I am so confused .
Any more Suggestion my friends?
