Does Google/search engine count link in noscript tag in a widget?

Hello,
We have a quote widget people can add to their site or blog.
Currently it has plain a link in the widget code.

We think of changing the widget to minimize the code and put link into noscript tag such as below;

<a href="http://quotedepot.net/link1">Quote of the Day</a> text.. <a href="http://quotedepot.net/link2">love quotes</a>

    You could easily test this by placing unique phrases that appear nowhere else on the web in one on a test blog. Make sure the page is indexed. Then once you know it's indexed do a search in Google for that phrase and see if it appears.

      That's good idea. I'll try. However, I still cannot find, how Google consider it since Google index nofollow also, but it give different credit.
