rank for local search engine

instead of rank google.com I want to try like google.com.uk because found a keyword which hv high volume local exact search..

My new site is live it & ranked in the google.com but not in the local search engine result which I want, what's wrong?

    Be patient. It will eventually rank, just do proper SEO as you'd do to get it ranked in .com

    How is it possible, that's mean if any website get ranked in Google.com then automatically get ranked local search engine.:confused:

    I assume you meant google.co.uk as google.com.uk doesn't exist.

    Firstly, is your domain and hosting in the UK? If not, you are going to need to work a lot harder for UK rankings.

    What backlinking efforts have you done in the UK?
