Adsense and Infolinks Earnings

I have been using Adsense and Infolinks on my websites for quite a while now. In terms of revenue on a monthly basis, my Adsense earnings will outperform Infolinks earnings by a large margin. I would say that my current monthly earnings from Infolinks is really pathetic.

In fact, I am contemplating of removing Infolinks from my websites and just stick with Adsense. I wonder whether there is anyone here facing this same problem as me?

There is no problem here at all, get rid of Infolinks right away, and only use Adsense. It's not even comparable as to which one is more profitable.

Info links is not a source of earning, use Google adsence for good earning, if you are working on blogger than use word press site.bcoz i am also running a blog but even after hell of SEO or Fan pages no traffic and not earning much.
Main reason is the H1, H2, H3 tags which should be same of your title or keyword. In Blogger by default a title tag is H3 but its not a powerful source to attract the Google Crawler. i am also shifting my Blog to a proper word-press Site now. keep on search on this topic before starting your venture.

Why remove it? It complements AdSense.. I get small amount of money too from it, but it has higher CTR than AdSense for me and it's RPM is half what my AdSense RPM is (well, between half and third). It's nice source and can give you couple of bucks a day. I've seen sites that get more than 10 a day from it too. Even if you get $1/day, it's 30 bucks a month and that additional income is good when selling the site if that is your goal.

There is also Skimlinks.com. Haven't had success with it so far but I'm not in gadget/tech/product niche which it's best for. Pinterest.com uses it to monetize the site so it should be working for some people at least.

yeah right. they disabled my account when I started hitting $300 a day. it said my site returns a 404 error? C'mon how can a webmaster leave a site like that.

Is this how you treat your 5 yr old affiliates?

"Thank you for applying to join Infolinks.

We regret to inform you that upon reviewing your application, our quality assurance team has found your website to be incompatible with Infolinks because your website gives error 404 - website not found.

If you have any other websites that you would like to integrate with Infolinks or any questions about your application, our support team will be happy to assist you at support@infolinks.com."

pffft. We don't even have an option to remove our added lsit of sites.

Hey this is Tammy again, just saw Shab's post. I need to know his PID in order to actually look into this specific case. However, I can tell you that we didn't become the successful company that we are by disabling our publisher's accounts without a good reason. The more money you make, the happier you are and the better it is for all of us

Shab, please PM me on here, or email us at support(at)infolinks.com so that we can take a closer look at your account.

          Thanks

          Tammy

I have infolinks and adsense on my site. I added infolinks because my adsense CTR was .07%. My infolinks CTR is much higher, but low pay per click.

However, my infolinks "impressions" and analytics "pageviews" numbers are nowhere near lining up. I use wordpress and the wordpress plug in. I have checked my site and the links appear on all the pages - I can't figure out why analytics would show over 3x as many pageviews and my infolinks account.

I am going with the why remove it side of reasoning, as I build my own IM income one of the key things I am keeping in mind is diversifying my income revenue. This feels much safer from a longevity aspect because lets say Adsense one day decides to ban me for whatever reason I am not at a complete loss of income but rather have a small area to resolve.

Infolinks provides in text advertising. Most of the users do not like this kind of advertising. I myself do not want to see any interruption when I am reading a post. But infolinks ads does exactly the same. But using it in limited number can make a big difference. If you use in text ads twice in a page, your visitors will not be angry. They may become interested to see what is in that link.
