Hi, I understand google is not keen on affiliate sites ?
But I would like to add a form prominently on every page, is there a certain way to do this like cloaking , or does that look more dodgy ?

    Google doesn't have a problem with affiliates, it has a problem with thin content sites.

    It just so happens that many affiliates build thin content sites.

    In your case it sounds like you're actually recruiting new affiliates instead of being an affiliate yourself? Google definitely doesn't mind this.

    However, cloaking things from Google isn't the best idea. As long as your site has enough unique content you can post that form on every page, although a footer link would be better from an on-page optimization perspective.
