I work on an ecomm site that has many dynamic URLs. For SEO reasons, I want to put cononical elements on all pages like this so the content isn't crawled twice separately.

Does anyone know of a script I can insert on every page that will replace <link rel="canonical" href="[currentl URL]"/> page's actual URL for all pages?

How is the ecomm site built? If it is using a CMS, then you may be able to edit a shared header file. If it is built using WordPress, then there are lots of options available. My favorite is the All in One Seo Pack plugin.
