CTR Theme Question, 4 Ad Blocks?

I've had this theme for awhile and just put it on a new site and realized it is showing 4 adsense ad blocks. I know google wants us to have 3 max but I can't figure out how to limit them with this theme, is it possible? Does it have something to do with the adcodes or channel ID's?

    Can you please link to this theme? Is it free or paid? What is the CMs you are using? If you bough it, i suggest you to contact the support team to help you to remove one of ad blocks.

      You are only limited to 3 "Content" units on an individual page. If you place a fourth, it simply will not display.

      The fourth ad unit in the CTR theme is a "Link" unit and it doesn't count toward the tally of your 3 Content units.
