I think nik0 provides a service like this. He offers guest posting as part of his service but you could probably ask for a custom package. Here's his thread.

Guest posting services are popping up. I paid a ton for one recently and the sites were disappointing. I paid $40 per post. I expected articles on high-traffic websites. I didn't receive that. The sites were a tad better than blog networks.

Therefore, your first order should be small (I made the mistake of a big order to gain advantage of bulk discounts). Ask for samples of websites where guest posts were published. You obviously want them published on REAL websites with decent traffic.

I would have been better off hiring a writer to write top notch articles and also dig up guest posting opps.

      Quoted for truth.

Before even THINKING about submitting a guest post, you should make the site ranks for its own keywords. Where does it rank for keywords in the homepage title? Does it rank for its own domain name? Does it rank if you copy a string of text and search for it in quotes?

Lack of rankings for these things might indicate a problem with site. I would turn up my nose at a PR5-6 that can't rank for its home page title.

You could have hire people on hourly basis and that could reduce your cost a lot. Like set a target for the person you hire, you should find out at least 1 blog which allow blog posting and then submit my post there per hour. You could have pay hourly $2-$3. Thus per approved post would have cost you maximum $10 (lets say 1 of per 4-5 blogs accepts your post).

I prefer to contact independent high pr blogs individually - those that are not part of any network, syndicate, nor offering guest blogging as a service. I tend to think such sites might become no different than what article directories have come to.

Ofcourse what I do is tedious and time consuming, plenty of prospecting to get a couple through - but if you ask me the results are well worth it!

This is what guest blogging is, buying some domains and selling posts and calling them guest posts is stretching the truth.

Finding a list of guest blogging services is easy part, the tough part is how to evaluate a good service provider.

    1) Ask the process of how they create the posts. An average article will never land on a quality site.
    2) Ask how they evaluate the quality of the blogs they'll place posts. Get a few sample posts. The price is dependent on the quality.
    3) Ask what kind of information they'll provide on the reports.

Be Clever when using Anchor Text on the articles. Don't just use your main keywords. Instead use some variety of natural anchor texts like "Visit Our Website" or Kerry Wrote and [Excellent Article].. etc just for an example. A lots of people are using Guest blogging but if you abuse it you'll not actually get the actual benefit.

Try www.myblogguest.com. You would be able to build a good list of guest blogging sites within your niche shortly. I have found 70+ guest blogging site owners who are accepting my articles regularly. Even most of these sites are not asking for payments. Just high quality contents are feeding them well.

There's a cost of producing quality article (unique content with unique ideas). You can't produce a quality article at $10 or even $20. Majority of sites on myguestblog are PR0 or PR1 with low back-link counts and low social counts. Links from those sites won't make a difference for competitive keywords. Guest blogging will end up with trash sites too if the sites are not evaluated carefully.

Guest blogging can be a great way to help build up your brand, earn recognition, and even get some great links back to your site. When guest blogging it’s important to study your audience so that you can produce the best content possible.

      In response to OP,

You need to ask these questions to yourself before you attempt to guest posting.

      1) Do you want traffic or link juice from the guest posts? There are many high PR sites in which you can easily contribute a guest article but that doesn't necessarily bring a lot of traffic to your site. To get into the high traffic sites you need to have an awesome content (no exception to that) which means higher content cost if you don't do it yourself. So now decide which one you want?

      2) Do you want to build your brand ? You need to have the social proofs prior to approaching to the larger, high traffic sites. You can't expect to get accepted by throwing a plain 500 words article. So you should set up authorship for the contents, establish social proofs before you approach to the high traffic sites.

It does cost you more but it's worth the investment if you can only get a handful of such links from high traffic sites. So do some homework 1st and then decide which service to chose
