backlink building best practice question

I have used some backlink building software and also manually building backlinks for my site. However, search engines seem not seeing these backlinks ( as checked by backlink softwares). What should I do to let the search engines to notice these backlinks?

    You can try pinging them, but not too often, maybe a few times a day is OK, but not more than that. You can also backlink your backlinks, which will help you anyway, as a lot of the "link-juice" will pass through to your pages.
