Question about all in one seo plugin

Is the purpose of the All in One Seo plugin so that you can decide what information is passed along to the search engines? So If I have a webpage titled "breakdown", I can tell the plugin to tell the search engines that the page is called "home"? Does the information I enter into the plugin supersede what is entered on the wordpress page? Thank you.

    Personally I think that Yoast SEO plugin works a bit better. Those type of plugins helps you optimize your meta tags , descriptions , titles etc , they 'guide' you to set up everything properly.
    You can put whatever you want but it doesn't have really sense to put on different things on your tags and on your site , your site must be optimized for your keywords but your site must support it with relevant and related content, otherwise it's a waste of time.

      Yes exactly, actually this plugin provide a guidelines/suggestions by which you can easily set meta description and keywords for each post.
