How do you rank product reviews?

I'm currently mixing with Low competition products which are able to rank purely on low competition and those mid competition products. How do YOU backlink/rank your reviews? i.E Amazon

    I check to see if any youtube videos are on page one for my product. If not I then create a video around that product and direct it to my website that has my amazon affiliate link in it.

    I simply target low competition products. Outside of the initial automated bookmarking and such, I don't have to do anything else to rank.
