Wonderful list

Although there are many resources to distribute your content to you will be best rewarded focusing on a select few in building up your profile to a authoritative status. Just something to keep in mind that many can get sucked into the spamming flow of things which is good for no one.

Document sharing sites are still kicking But for SEO and I'm loving it.

Google can be index the PDF files, so don't submit the duplicant articles to document sharing sites.

But that brings up another question. How can you stop others from sharing your pdf file(s) once they are published? If anything, the Panda penalty will only apply to duplicate copies of the ebook and not the original site where first published.
