Adwords now banned

Hi guys - I really need your help please 
I have been banned from Awords because of my affiliate links, even though all my sites have plenty of articles.
Do you think I will get banned if I build a site very similar (all unique content) to a Clickbank vendor's site but rather than link to their site, I link straight to the Clickbank check out page for that product.
From reading the Adwords policies, it seems that this may be ok.
Has anyone tried this and do you think again I will get banned?
