Mention the Keyword in the Title & Description, also in the post.

The longer your blog post the more times you can naturally use your long tail keyword. Make your posts flow don't write for the search engine only remember the human readers. The others above have share great advice.

Check your web stats to see what other keywords people are using to get to the same pages on your long tail keywords and see if you can include those in your blogs posts.

Have you added these keywords to your tags also..

That's a horrible bounce rate. You need to bring that down. Try a new theme, or new content or something.

RE: longtail optimization, in addition to the on-page stuff, you should build some high quality backlinks using that long-tail as the anchor depending on the volume in that longtail. In e-commerce I'm often able to hit top 3 with on-page alone. For slightly more competitive terms, a few high PR properties do well to bump it up.

While everyone is mentioning using your long tail keyword in the anchor text (which is a good idea), don't forget to also link in using the URL as well to create a natural inbound link profile!

is this on your own blog?...If yes...

Then yeah....to get ranked for long tail keywords...do this...
..simply create a post..with the keyword in title...and then first sentence..and make that H1 tag...

...then write unique 500 word post on that keyword...

...then have keyword also as h2 tag and h3 tag....throughout your post..make the sentence interesting though...

..and then have a 1% keyword density throughout your post....and that's it...

..go to youtube and grab a relevant video and embed it also on your post..

..of course getting backlinks is a must too...

..but if you make every post that you do like this..and make it a habit...your will rank for those long tails...

You need to make sure your targeting the right traffic with the right content on your pages to improve that bounce rate.

If your SERP title/description says the traffic will get something free, the traffic expects to get something free on your page, not blasted with offers of $19.95 (example).

Just saying, make sure your focused on what the traffic expects, put yourself in the traffics shoes. Also make sure you don't have a lot of external links, or they'll bail from your page.

    [Tip]
Make all your external links open in a new browser window/tab, that way the traffic has a 50/50 chance of returning to your page & continue browsing your sites pages which should decrease that bounce rate.

Example, open external link in new window/tab:
    <a href="http://www.google.com" target="_blank">external link</a>

I've found that it's better to have what the traffic want on a different page but with a clear link from the "landing" page to the page they want, that way you reduce the bounce rate, and the visitors are more likely to stick around on your site after the first click?

    • Write high quality articles built around your targeted keywords. When you build links to your content, include these keywords in the anchor text. You should also optimize your pages for your main key phrases.
