Bookmarks value and how to add them

Hi everyone, i want to ask how is it good to submit bookmarks? Should i do it from one same account and submit the same links many times in 1 same account, or should i open many accounts and submit 1 link only 1 time without duplication? Thank you

    Bookmarks are mostly useless. Use it for quick indexing, nothing else.

    I do not even bother with them on a person level... But they are great for getting indexed fairly quickly. I follow this plan when I am adding new content.
    1. Add the content to the website.
    2. Post the link on the site's facebook and twitter pages
    3. Add the link to my Follow Like options

    As far as bookmarks go, I am done. I have noticed while it does not provide any over the top quality backlinks it does provide a little social traffic.

    Thank you guys, but then is it the social bookmarking / not just bookmarks/ useful for ranking because all over the forum i read that bookmarks are helping keywords to rank and now i get to know they give little effect?
