Blachat tactics to internal pages?

Guys do Google penalize the whole sites or it will be possible to penalize internal pages?

What will happen if we start creating blackhat links to internal pages of super authority sites, like big article directories, video sites and so on... Let's say buying links and so on... things that you definitely be will be penalized if you do on site?

Of course Google won't penalize ezine articles because someone will buy links for one of his article... what do you think?Will that be effective ?

    Ezinearticles is already penalized by Panda. It doesn't rank for anything. Has a sitewide penalty.

    Youtube will never be penalized because Google owns it. LOL!

    But seriously, If Google sees that a big authority site has great bounce rate and time on site and has tons of traffic coming in from many sources and people typing in the url into google to find it, then google won't penalize the whole domain if you blast 1 page with spammy links.

    In fact, with some authority web 2.0 sites like Youtube, you can still blast your video with crappy links the the video will rank. But most/all article directories are dead. Don't waste your time.

    Some web 2.0 sites that are currently ranking in Google: Youtube, Slideshare, Squidoo and some other Document sites. But only for long-tail keywords.
