Marketing Samurai CPC and SEOV Not Working?

Hi Warriors,
I'm trying out the trial version of Market Samurai as I am impressed with it's capabilities to analyze keyword value and SEO competition. However, while i'm trying it the Adwords CPC and SEO Value fields aren't generating.
Is this an issue that's present in the trial only? Could it be because I am currently staying in Norway?
These fields aren't overly important since I am most interested in the competition side of it which saves a lot of time. However, if I end up paying the $100 or $150 I want to make sure it works 100%.

p.s. Sorry I would have contacted customer service, but there doesn't seem to be one for this product. You guys have a lot of experience anyway!
