Where to sell a 4-figure monthly income business

A client of mine wants to sell one of his businesses. Monthly income is around $6,500 with expenditures of around $1,000 - so around $5,500 profit. It's a game subscription site offering instructional videos. Completely automated. Site's also growing by around $500 profit per month.

He's offered me 20% of the sale price for finding a buyer. I know Flippa's decent, but is it likely to find buyers in the region of $50k on Flippa fairly easily?

Appreciate any suggestions. Cheers.

      For World Of Warcraft...

      He pays pro players to make instructional videos, then lists them as part of a monthly subscription. At the moment there's 2,100 subs paying $4/mo, so around $8,400 in monthly income, but this is growing steadily.

    I really do wonder why people sell sites that are automated and making money and not only that growing????

    I have sites that make a lot of money and need input from me so I get why I would sell them but a totally automated site...??

      Yeah, I take the same approach with my Amazon business. I prefer the monthly income. A one-off payment only lasts once, eh..

      But my client wants to sell it to move onto his next project.

    He should try selling it to his clients, sounds kinda weird, but it has a good chance because his clients are already familiar with his brand and obviously have a interest in the niche...costs next to nothing to send out a email to all clients inviting expressions of interest..
