Do people still use spinners?

What's up on the spinning front? Do spinners still work in SEO? I dunno, I might be able to write a new page faster than I can spin it. I toyed with it a year or so ago. Anything worth recommending?

People who use spinners are usually those who can't write and want to do things the lazy way. They don't care about their content as spun material is usually poor quality.
You're better off writing from scratch or, if you can't, hire someone who can.

True, most people who spin generate garbage. However, there is a case for spinning. If you take one article and *manually* spin it, taking your time to really do it right by spinning at the word, sentence, paragraph level (helps greatly if you're a native English language person), you can come up with spintax that is 90% or greater unique. You can then generate, say, 50 articles from that one article. Each makes sense and each seems unique. You'd need to spend a lot of time or money to get 50 decent articles if each is done from scratch.

Most if not all of the seo providers on this forum use spun content for the back links that they build, simply cause it's much cheaper. And it still works however I would never use spun content when ranking a serious long term website.

For churn & burn projects it's great though.

I outsource spinning. The person does it manually and I have checked my spun articles they all read very good. I pay a quite a bit for that, but it still turns out to be cheaper than writing articles. I never had a problem with my sites because of spun content.

These are two great examples of a common misbelief.

When you spin content CORRECTLY it will pass any human moderation, be perfectly readable, include relevant contextual links, images and videos.

The problem is people are lazy and rely on the auto spin button which in turn gets them penalised and leads them to believe that spinning is poor quality/gets them banned.

When in fact, its there own bone idle lazyness.

Watch this and see if you still believe spun content is poor quality-
