Banned from Adwords, how to get back?

There may be lots of threads about this topic, but I want to get opinions regarding my special situation. It's been 10yrs since I was banned from Adwords, due to some chargebacks made by my former partner. And I have since created multiple different accounts under different email addresses with different credit cards, only to learn that Google employs an internal system that detects my association with the violated account, and therefore will continuously ban any new account I create.

Well I recently learned that there is an option to completely delete your Adwords account from their database, but that also means that any YouTube or Gmail accounts logged under that same username will also have to be deleted - which I prefer not to.

So my question to any of you who've experienced this is, if I permanently delete my account, will that also delete all billing/account violations history from Google's memory so that I can start I can create a new Adwords account and be an entirely new person in their eyes?

Honestly, I don't think it will be a problem to create another account.

My current account is a resurrection from being banned back in 2009. I wasn't actually actively using my account when the banned occurred. I just logged in after several months of inactively to see that I had been shut down.

But because I wanted to try some youtube advertising i used another email to try another account, and it worked.

In my eyes Adwords is a far different game than Adsense. Since you're paying big G with Adwords, essentially providing them business, i think they're a little more relaxed with their standards. I don't think you should touch the old account at all at this point. Just move on with a new account.

You can't use the same reasoning with Adsense, however. Just an entirely different ball game.

Believe me I petitioned to have my account reinstated numerous times, and each time Google was adamant that I am permanentely banned, and that the decision was final and that I am not allowed to advertise on Adwords with this or any other account I create.

Also each time I create a new Adwords account, it never runs. Then upon contacting their support team, I then get the message that I have violated their T&Cs and that I am not permitted to advertise. I think the way their detection system works is that it tracks your social security through the credit card you provide. And if it's a match, their system automatically flags any account created even under a different email and CC.

But that was before I learned that you can delete your account from their database verses just cancelling it, where the account still exists in their database.

Do you know what your ban was for then? The only way around this may be to create a business entity then register your account under the business name.

Google will not disclose what my violations are. However, whenever I logged into the original account, I get the "this account has been suspended due to payment/fraud/other violations" messages.

I did create an account under my business name. But then, when I input my business account's debit card, the same thing happened. Again (strong speculation) their internal fraud system detected that this account is tied to the original violated account through the social security number that is associated to the debit card that is tied to the business account, which leads back to me.

Adwords have made it really clear that they do not want you under any circumstances. What you did must have been very serious and I don't think you are being totally honest and telling us the full story. Take the obvious hint and forget about adwords.

I am being honest. Chargebacks were made and aside from the fact that Google won't spell out the violations it is the only logical explanation.

And I wish I could forget about Adwords. But the fact that Google dominates 80% of search traffic, they cannot be ignored.

Try this - approach a Google Rep directly by using their phone support number and ask for their assistance in setting up a new adwords account. The offer basic set-up support as well for new advertisers.

If you face a problem during set-up process like account suspension, they will look into the issue and advise you on how to proceed.

I've tried that and as stated above, after the account is created everything looks fine. But once the account doesn't run, I contact the Adwords rep who then say they will have their "Specialists" review it. And then that is when I get the CAN response back saying that "it appears you have violated our T&Cs will no longer be permitted to advertise with Google Adwords".
