How would you link to your site? To landing/conversion page or similar content page?

I have a couple satellite sites with pages that ranks on top for keywords that I want to rank for with pages from my main site. So the question is do I link to the landing page/ conversion page of my main site or do I link to the pages that have the same keywords on my main site?

What do you think?
#content #landing or conversion #link #page #similar #site

    Hi,

I would link to a landing page where you have an opt-in form to capture the visitors email address. The reason is that they might not purchase on the first visit so having their email address can help you follow-up at a later time. Send them to a landing page, place an opt-in form on that page so you can have them put in their email address.

This has worked well and every top blogger recommends that you do it this way.

Thanks for the answer, I was thinking something like that as well. What happens if I link to a landing page with a nofollow button link and deeper down in the article link with a text hyper link to the page I;m trying to rank with. Does that give me both benefits from a seo and conversion perspective?
