Hi Experts,

I need your advice about managing SEO projects. How do you build SEO plans for weekly or monthly activities? I know the concept, what I need to know is the practical examples of today's SEO experts or managers.

Hi Roy,

You can check out some online management sites like Basecamp or Trello. These sites can help you manage your SEO projects.

I also suggest you list down all your SEO activities and if possible group them according to their importance. Like for example you want to prioritize on content marketing and social media marketing more, then perhaps you can come up with linkbuilding/marketing tasks under these activities and come up with number of times per week or per month you need to do these tasks. You can also choose to complete each task per number of hours or per number of links. Then you can replicate the process with the rest of your SEO tasks in your list.
