I was in a Barnes & Noble the other day looking for a book on something else. I saw they had an SEO section dealing with things like social media and wordpress. Glanced through a few books. Dont buy any of them waste of money with the info online for free.

Put your keyword in your title, image alt tag, and a few times in the content. Then buy a tiered link building service (small budget) or high PR blog posts (big budget).

There are many aspects of seo. Which aspect do you want to learn?

Just to give you a few tips

Branded links are more important than ever, ie website url as anchor text
backlinks from authority sites or more importantly authority pages have the most power... There are other aspects you should know... but that should get you started..

Trust me, you should learn SEO with online materials. It's much cheaper (most of the materials are free) and it's straight to the point. I've bought some of the SEO books and it's full of crap.

i suggest you dont go with book because its not new material which follow the latest googles algo.
so when you buy book check it when it was written.
