Reasonable appraisal of domains with these characteristics ?!

I've checked all these statistics manually via MozCheck and MajesticSEO ! None of them Have Bad Anchor text.
From experience, please tell me if these would be good investments? Also if you had to buy them, how much would you be willing to pay?!

Any additional information would be appreciated!

    Don't buy domains based on metrics. The only thing you need to look at are the back links. Does it make sense for the domains to have the problem they're boasting with the backing profile they have?

    What I do is export the back links from the three big back link checkers into seo spyglass. That way you can see which links are no follow, which links don't exist anymore, the problem of the links and the number of out bound links. These are the only metrics I use, an in my opinion, way more accurate than any metric made up by any back link checker.

    Also worth noting is that a pr3 with thousands of backlinks is a good indication that the links pointing to it aren't strong. I'd rather have a few really good links giving me a solid profile with no chance of being penalized, than a site with thousands of pr n/a and pr 0 pages, probably site wide on rubbish sites.

    The first domain might sell for less than a hundred dollars ($100). The prices of the other domains might however go as high as $200. If you are planning to list those domains for sale on Godaddy auctions, bear in mind that you'll have to promote your listing thereafter so you can get as many bids on those domains as possible.

    The higher the number of bids your domains get, the higher the price it will eventually sell at.
